Warrior football 2022, bigger and better

The Battle Creek Warriors are eagerly preparing for the upcoming 2022 football season.

Last fall, Tattnall County finished 5-5 and just missed the playoffs. That left a bad taste in their mouths, and the team has been working very hard this off season to make sure that doesn’t happen this year.

The Warriors will participate in two preseason scrimmage games:

Friday, August 5, at Baldwin County, at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 11, at Bryan County, at 7:30 p.m.

Head Coach Isaac Ferrell enters his third year at Tattnall County High School.

“I wanted to test this team early; that is why we are playing a larger school like Baldwin.  It will prepare us for some of the challenges we are going to face later on,” Ferrell said.
