The Pinewood Christian Academy Patriots lost on Friday night in Savannah to the Savannah Country Day Hornets.

The Final score read 28-6 and the Patriots move to a 1-1 record for the year.

The Patriots, still trying to rebuild after losing 13 seniors last year, only scored one touchdown against the Hornets.

The Patriots scored late in the fourth quarter with a connection between Banks Booth and Walker Todd. The Patriots ended the game losing 28-6. The Patriots will spend the week reworking some offense and defense and preparing for the Indians of Vidalia High School in their next game.

The Patriots will play on Friday night in Vidalia at 7:30 p.m.
