There is an air of excitement on Battle Creek Warrior Boulevard as the 2024 Homecoming week is underway! Almost every young girl has the dream of wearing a fancy dress as she takes the long awaited walk across the football field. That dream will be realized on Friday, November 8, 2024, under the Friday night lights, as one of six lucky young ladies is crowned as the 2024 Tattnall County High School (TCHS) Homecoming Queen.
The Class of 2025 chose the following Senior Homecoming Representatives: ZaRayna Anderson, London Bunton, Ester Espino, Armiya Johnson, Raven Owens, and Ruby Sonagua Garcia.
The vote is now in the hands of the entire student body to determine which one of the young ladies will be honored as the 2024 Homecoming Queen; her first runner-up will be named Princess. Every queen needs her court, which is made up of underclassmen representatives. The Junior class will be represented by Camryn Barnard, Ava Johnson, Madison Page, and Brianna Walker. The Sophomore representatives are Sophia Dutton and Kinslee Harold. Representing the Freshman class are Cali Deloach and Ansley Durrence.
The presentation will take place during halftime of the football game, and, as the big night approaches, every Warrior fan waits with anticipation to see “Who will wear the crown?”
