The Tattnall County High School (TCHS) Lady Warriors hosted Appling County and Pierce County for an evening of volleyball on Thursday, September 1, 2022. 

The Appling County Pirates dominated both sets, winning 25-7 and 25-18. The Lady Warriors started out slow in the first set but bounced back in the second set. 

“These athletes gave a lot of effort and never gave up,” Head Coach Ashley Findley said. 

Tattnall also lost their match with Pierce County, falling short 25-19 and 25-10 to the Bears. 

“We played hard throughout the whole game and hung with Pierce during the first set. Compared to the last time we played Pierce, we improved tremendously,” Findley said. 

The Lady Warriors will play Savannah Arts and Toombs County on the evening of Tuesday, September 6.
