The Executive Board of Directors of Action Pact, Inc., met and voted on November 30, 2023, at 107 Old Airport Road in Vidalia, Georgia, at 10 a.m., to approve Ms. Diane Rogers as the Executive Director of the agency.  The offer is contingent on a 14-day public notice and an employment agreement.

Ms. Rogers was the sole finalist selected after an extensive recruitment and selection process, led by the Transition Committee of the Board of Directors of Action Pact.  Ms. Rogers has been employed with the agency sine 1994 and has been the Community Services Director sine 2008.  Her years of leadership experience and deep understanding of community action will enhance Action Pact's work to reach its strategic goals and continue the work to make our communities stronger.

Ms. Rogers has a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organization Psychology.  She is a nationally Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) Master Trainer, a state-Certified ROMA consultant, a member of the Georgia Community Action Association (GCAA) Executive Board, and a member of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs Board of Directors.  Ms. Rogers also serves on GCAA's Program Committee and Technology Committee and has chaired both.
