Three people arrested for Reidsville McDonald’s burglary

These two individuals were arrested along with a juvenile for burglary.

Three people were arrested in connection with the April 17, 2022, burglary at McDonald’s in Reidsville. 

In the early morning hours of April 17, the Reidsville Police Department (RPD) responded to McDonald’s on East Brazell Street after employees found the business to have been burglarized. At that time, RPD requested the assistance of the Tattnall County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Criminal Investigation Division (CID). 

After investigating, the TCSO CID arrested and charged Dwayne Lee James, 21, of Reidsville, and Tyquarriyon Sharpe, 18, of Reidsville, with Burglary in the Second Degree. A juvenile was also charged in connection to the incident.

One of these men was the manager at McDonald’s. He let the other two men in the restaurant on the date of the incident.
