Teresa Marie Jackson passed away on July 14, 2022.  She was the first-born child to George and Frances Brown on May 23, 1966. She was an amazing daughter to her parents, then became the awesome big sister to three siblings. Years later, she was graced with a beautiful daughter, and, before you knew it, she had nieces and nephews. And then came her two little heartbeats.

Teresa was loving and caring and tried to help everyone she met. The most important things in her life were God and family.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father, George; and a sister, Vanessa Carr. She is survived by her mother, Frances Brown of Cobbtown; her daughter, Shawn Brown of Lyons; her granddaughter, Madyson; her grandson, Malachi; a sister; Angela (Gerald) Huff of Cobbtown; a brother, Chris (Della) Brown of Claxton; and a host of nieces and nephews who adored her.

Now she is free from pain and safe in the arms of Jesus.

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation & Burial in Reidsville, Georgia, beginning at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Harry Conyers officiating.

Immediately following the service, a repast and family gathering was held at the home of Frances Brown.

Low Country Cremation and Burial served the Jackson family.
