They also observed a leak on plumbing outside of unit; it was recommended to repair drainage pipe. Ceiling water damage at hood area and at middle of unit was also observed.

Notes: The inspector observed milk cartons in the walk-in cooler with no date of expiration/manufacturing; discarded. Drink powder mix was spilled into chicken and beef meat; removed. Drainage plumbing in a mobile unit was torn/broken; advised to repair. The walk-in cooler interior trim at coving is in poor condition; one door is not functioning properly and needs repair or to be replaced. Lights in the mobile unit were not covered or the shields were broken. Ants were observed in the warehouse back wall; advised to treat and seal access. Flies at storage for sugar, spices, etc., were seen.
