On September 11, Tattnall County EMA Chief Walt Rogers presented the County Commissioners with the latest addition to the Tattnall County Fire fleet. The truck was built by Fouts Brothers Fire in Milledgeville, Georgia, and paid for by using SPLOST, CARES, & ARCA  funds.

Once the equipment has been added and it passes required testing, this truck will bring many years of service to Tattnall County.  According to Tattnall County EMA Chief Rogers, this truck is built on a Kenworth chassis and has a 3,000-gallon tank, which allows firefighters to show up on scene with enough water to combat an average house fire. This gives County Fire four of these 3,000-tankers stationed within the county. Tattnall County Fire would like to thank the Commissioners for their continued support of our Fire Services!
