The annual Glennville Rotary Club fall online auction is planned for October 16-19, 2024.  This event raises funds for scholarship and is the main fundraiser for this purpose.  In 2024, over $20,000 in scholarship were awarded to Tattnall County High School (TCHS) and Pinewood Christian Academy (PCA) seniors. The Glennville Garden Club partners with the Glennville Rotary Club for the auction.

The Rotary Club relies on contributions of money or items from individual members, Garden Club members, and individuals and businesses in the local community.  

These are all appreciated from past years, and it is hoped that the community will continue to be generous and supportive of this event.

Within the next week, those who have contributed in the past will receive an emailed letter requesting their consideration of a financial donation or item.  If you did not receive a letter or have not previously contributed, you are invited to be a part of this event.  Power tools, coolers, jewelry, furniture, gift certificates, theme park tickets, holiday shows, beach and mountain accommodations, hunting trips, fishing excursions, a catered dinner for up to 16 to 20 people, and other novel ideas are encouraged as auction items.
