Dr. Troy Rahn was the lucky winner of the Last Man Standing Raffle drawing of the top prize of a Weatherby Vanguard Sporter rifle, valued at $929 (and donated by Claxton Poultry) at the club's annual Christmas luncheon held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at the Glennville Garden Club Center.  This makes the third time that Rahn has been the winner of the grand prize of a rifle in the Glennville Rotary Club Last Man Standing Raffle. In last Wednesday's event, he also won the third prize of a Ronaldo bracelet valued at $150 (and donated by McCurdy's on Main/The Supply Company).

Second prize in this raffle drawing went to Buz Cromer, which was a 46,000 BTU stainless steel patio heater valued at $190 (and donated by Glennville Rotarian Greg Parker).

In the Gift Card Raffle drawings, top prize went to Mickey Anderson, who won $425 in gift cards that ranged from $25 to various restaurants and retail shops to $100 off a one-year membership to Anytime Fitness Glennville gym.

Greg Parker won the second prize of $314 in gift cards that ranged from $25 to $50 each. Third prize of $245 in gift cards was won by Tiffany Sittle, and fourth prize of $182 in gift cards went to Brianna Anderson, who is the daughter of Mickey Anderson.  With his luck strong, Troy Rahn won the fifth prize in gift cards of $135, ranging in value from $10 to $25.

In addition, a silent auction of several wood-handcrafted items made by Wayne Dasher in addition to several other items totaled $500. This was presented to Mike Howard for the Glennville Area Ministerial Association (GAMA) for the Good Samaritan Fund that helps individuals and families throughout the year.

The Glennville Rotary Club extends its gratitude to all those who purchased tickets for these raffles and for the businesses who supported the club, also.
