Scott Allen Smith, age 39, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022, at his residence.  The Tattnall County native lived all his life in the area.  Most of his career was spent in the construction industry.  In his free time, he loved to go fishing and camping and doing all things related to the outdoors.  Above all, however, his greatest joy came when he was spending time with his children.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Wilson; and grandparents, Lee and Betty Quick.

Left to cherish precious memories are his sons: Landon Smith, Zaylon Smith, and Aydun Smith; daughter, Alexia “Lexie” Smith; wife, Crystal Smith; mother, Donna Smith; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ronald and Julie Arnold; brothers:  Brian Smith, Tracy Arnold, R.J. Arnold, and Travis Arnold; sisters, DeAnn Willis and Tami Wilson; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., in the Chapel of Low Country Cremation & Burial, followed by funeral services at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Low Country Cremation & Burial, with Ricky Curry officiating.

Low Country Cremation & Burial is serving the Smith family.
