The old Reidsville Business District on Brazell Street west of the traffic light provided an array of services that sprang up around the Tattnall Bank Building that was constructed in 1900 and occupied in 1901. With the newly constructed bank building directly across Brazell Street from the Tattnall County Courthouse, it was a prime location for new businesses to serve an expanding agricultural community.
