A ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening, hosted by the Greater Tattnall Chamber of Commerce, was held for surgeon Dr. Kendrix Evans and his new office on July 16, 2024. The satellite office is located at 131 Memorial Drive in Reidsville.
Tattnall County Commission Chairman Jackie Trim opened the ceremony with prayer. He was followed with welcoming speeches from David Flanders, Chief Executive Officer of Optim Medical Center Tattnall; Reidsville Mayor Vickie Nail; and Greater Tattnall Chamber of Commerce President Dan Bennett.
Matt Hasbrouck, CEO of Memorial Health Meadows Hospital, introduced Dr. Kendrix Evans. Dr. Evans gave a very heartfelt speech of how he is committed to the care of people. By working together as a team, everyone can make a positive influence in the community for healthcare. Dr. Evans brings leading-edge surgical services, including minimally invasive techniques and robotic-assisted and laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Evans will be taking new patients.
