In a dazzling display of skill and determination, the Long County 10U Girls' Fastpitch Softball Team clinched the State Championship title, making their county proud. After finishing second at district competition, widely regarded as the toughest in their class, the girls returned to the state tournament with an unmatched fierceness, going undefeated to secure the championship. This victory was three years in the making for many of the players, showcasing their dedication and growth over time.

The success at state competition was even more remarkable, as their entire district dominated, finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. This incredible achievement speaks volumes about the talent and competitive spirit within the district.
