Kyle Sapp has qualified to seek re-election as Sheriff of Tattnall County. He has served in the role as Sheriff for the past eight years.  Kyle is a lifelong resident of Tattnall County, living in the Hillview Community with his wife, Gloria. Kyle and Gloria are active in their church family, as well as other community organizations. Additionally, Kyle currently serves on the Canoochee EMC Foundation Board, Georgia Board of Homeland Security, and the Southeastern Technical College Criminal Justice Advisory Committee. 

In the realm of sheriff duties, experience is paramount. With over three decades of dedicated service to Tattnall County, Kyle brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Kyle’s law enforcement career began in 1986 at the Tattnall County Sheriff’s Office, and he retired as a Georgia State Trooper in 2016. Kyle’s vision for the Tattnall County Sheriff’s Office is one that prioritizes community safety, creating a secure environment for our families and children.
