On October 12, 2026, VFW members and Auxiliary voted to sponsor 100 wreaths for Wreaths across America, which will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville, at 12 noon. On that date, wreaths will be placed on veterans’ graves all across the United States. Placing wreaths on veterans’ graves is an overt effort by patriotic Americans to show enduring gratitude for their unselfish service to the United States of America. Each wreath sponsorship is $17.
