Please join Duramatic Products in celebrating Onteria Jvan “Van” Wise for being named the Employee of the Quarter for second quarter, FY 2022.

Wise hails from Collins, Georgia.  He has been an employee of Duramatic for three years, and currently works in the Heat Treat Department. Throughout his time at Duramatic, Wise has strived to better himself as an employee by improving his knowledge of the systems that he operates, and continually improving his work ethic. 

“Van has grown by leaps and bounds compared to when he first began working here,” Dale Thomas, his supervisor, said. “Van has continually improved his performance and puts forth a lot of effort to help where help is needed, which provides an excellent example to the newer members of the Department.”

Recently, Wise volunteered extra time and effort to help start up new equipment in his department, in order to become proficient on some of the newest, most advanced equipment being utilized.

Wise is committed to the goals set forth by Duramatic Products - to deliver a quality product that enhances the customer experience.
