They also observed spices, etc., stored in plastic container. It was recommended to organize and clean container and expand storage as necessary. Bugs were seen at side door and a roach was found at the third compartment sink; need to treat for bugs and seal gaps around doors.

Notes: Business needs to have soap available at all hand wash stations. It was also recommended that the business keeps food products covered in cooler units until ready to use, repair walk in doors to close completely, and make sure gaskets are sealing and doors fit tight. The inspector observed the mop station with hot water supply running, cannot shut off and needs to be repaired. Business needs to repair flooring in bakery; the floor is pitted. The broken wall by bakery entrance needs to be repaired, as well as the hallway at tray/dish room (mildew buildup in room, flooring needs heavy cleaning and sealing, mildew buildup). Also, they need to repair or replace roll up door unit in small warehouse. They observed reduced fly and roach activity. Food supplies/rooms have been cleaned, but still have rodent activity at the holes in joints and between wall and floors.
